Momoya Sylla, a Guinean business lawyer and expert in OHADA company law, continues to make his mark on the African legal landscape through his expertise, commitment and scientific contributions. With over 15 years of experience, he has established himself as a key figure in legal advice, training and support for junior lawyers, law students and entrepreneurs.<\/p>

Holder of a Master's Degree in Business Law and Taxation<\/strong> from the University of Paris VIII Vincennes-Saint-Denis (France) and a Master's Degree in General Private Law<\/strong> From Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez (Morocco), Momoya Sylla combines rigorous training with practical expertise. Founder and president of theInstitute for Legal Training and Expertise<\/strong> Since 2017, he has also held senior positions, notably as legal advisor to the Prime Minister's Office of Guinea<\/strong> (2023) and theEmbassy of Angola in Guinea<\/strong> (2013\u20132016).
